Monday Reviews: Chasing Clarity

I do apologize for this being a week late. School had to come first though. But don’t let that make you think I have not enjoyed this novel. It just means I have put school at a higher priority, which any student should do when attending college. But Chasing Clarity by Sylvia Stein is an incredible read and if you are reading this and don’t have a copy yet I don’t know what you are waiting for.
She brings Mia’s story right to life from the page to your imagination. Making you feel and see everything that is going on as you read. And the words are so crisp and wonderful that you can’t help but turn page after page. You are sure to find people you know in it like I did as I was reading it. It will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride that you will want to get ride back on after getting off of.
She crafts her characters so wonderfully that it’s as if they are hoping off the page and joining you wherever you are reading the novel. They have strengths and flaws just like real human beings. You can picture them as if you had known them all your life without hesitation. You can relate to their personalities as well as their hopes and dreams. And they interact so naturally, it’s as if you are sitting amongst friends as the story plays out.
And the plot moves at a good pace with a nice flow to it. It flows as smooth as ice cream. You never want to put the book down. Even when you do have to you want to go right back to it as soon as possible. Sylvia Stein has done an amazing job in crafting this novel. So I give it five stars out of five stars. *Tips his hat and walks out the door heading back to the library. *
